Does KFJ offer a warranty on jewelry purchases?
We take great pride in treating our customers like extended family and that means making sure that you are happy long after you have purchased your Kay’s Fine Jewelry Piece. That is why we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects on every purchase.
Should you have any issues with your KFJ purchase, simply contact us so we can understand the problem. We will then have the piece shipped to our Service Center in the United States for a complete evaluation of the issue by our expert jewelers.
If we find a defect in manufacturing or design, we will repair your piece at absolutely no charge and ship it back to you as good as new and entirely free of charge.
If turns out the problem was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a best-cost estimate at repairing the item before conducting any work. All repaired pieces are shipping back free of charge.
This warranty does not cover items that are lost, stolen or experience trauma or damage that might occur during normal wear and tear over the life of a piece.
